Warranty policy of Watamate

 

Every Watamate product comes with a limited period warranty and after-sales service. For a seamless experience of our products, please activate your warranty by registering your product www.watamate.com Your registration enforces your warranty coverage and will keep you up to date on product information and offers.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase (Ex: Invoice copy, Bill issued by retailer/dealer) and expires at the end of the period mentioned in proof-of-purchase.

Where a repair is not possible or not commercially viable, Watamate may replace the product with a new or refurbished product of similar functionality. After a repair, or replacement the warranty period will continue from the date of the original purchase.

For products Beyond the Warranty period watamate will not take Responsible in Replacing or Servicing the Product.
